About
For 15 years I built financial structures from the ground up inside tech companies. Fast-moving, usually underfunded, where the numbers had to be right and there was no room for process theatre.
At one company I cut the finance team from 5 to 2. The work didn't slip. Most of what was happening simply didn't need to happen.
Now through RELACON I work directly with founders and leadership teams. I'm in the room where the decisions get made.
